As soon as you started speaking, I got this big emotion -  a sense of union and holyness like when I enter a church.'

'Danke für die Sanftheit bei gleichzeitiger Radikalität, die ich in der Arbeit mit Dir erlebe – weil es mich an die Wurzeln führt, zu mir und darüber hinaus…''

'Since the sessions more and more things in life seem to happen FOR me.'

''Wir haben einen richtig dollen Punkt getroffen, der viel frei macht und ins Fließen bringt. Der mich anders schauen lässt, auf mich und die Welt. Es geht eine andere Dimension auf. Eine andere Form von Komplexität auf Missbrauch, Machtmissbrauch, sexualisierte Gewalt und meine Verantwortung darin.''

'Your presence makes it easy for me to open up.'

'I don't know how many more years of therapy I would have needed to get to where I am now after a few readings.'

'You always get to those places that are in desperate need to be seen.'

The time before and after the session are as important as the session itself.

Here are some impulses before the session:

• Be aware of what happens in your life in the days before the session. Note down your dreams. Take time to feel into your body at least once a day. That way you are letting your system and your guardians know that we will do some precious work.
• During the session make yourself feel as safe as possible. Get rid of anything that might distract you. The more relaxed you are, the more your field will show. There is nothing you have to do, rather we open the space to let 'it' come to us.
• See if you want to light a candle, clean your altar etc. Anything that makes you feel divine, sound and connected to your Self and the universe.
• For a reading: Don't worry about falling asleep during the reading. That sometimes happens during healing, it's a mechanism of the system. You will receive the recording of the reading, so the brain will get all the information :)
• For a self-process: Make sure you are in a position where you do NOT fall asleep. You can also stand up. Make sure I can hear you and you can hear me, as I am guiding you in your self-process.
• The whole session will take around 90'. At the beginning we will talk about what is present, your intention for the session and then go from there.

Here are some impulses after the session:

• After the session it is best to let things sit and integrate. We will have some time to see how you feel, but we avoid to analyse things. I am available for any questions that come up in the integration phase.
• Your system will need at least 21 days to integrate the new information from the session. Ideally you listen to the recording of the session for the next 21-40 days.
• The aim of each session is to unblock blockages that were caused in this life or former incarnations, transform beliefs and bring lost aspects of your soul back to you. Be aware that a necessary part of the transformation process might be that your symptoms increase before they say goodbye for real (similar to homeopathic initial worsening).
• Make sure you have time to rest and take real good care of your Self following the session.

Soulwork includes 1:1 Self-Journeys and Readings.

New-Age spiritualism often focuses on the positive outcome by bypassing the shadow work. We can only become whole by integrating both our light and shadow parts. On our path to Self-Love Self-Hatred will come up even stronger, if we try to bypass it.

In Soulwork we open a safe-enough space where we re-connect with all of our (shadow and light) Self. Through somatic work - soma is Greek for body consciousness - we experiment how we can act authentically, follow our impulses and go beyond any automatised heterosexual normatives and behaviours induced by the collective that no longer serve our authentic Self. Rather we are invited to play and invent new roles that are in line with us individually - free from any labels.

Soulwork is 100% client-focused, that means each session is based on your intentions and needs.

My role is to bring God into the space, so that Soulwork enables the highest self-healing possible at this moment of time and space.

A soulwork session is like a tour of your soul house – from the beginning of time, including all incarnations so far. As a medium I download all the information that your Self makes available at that moment of time. The aim of each session is to bring you closer to your inner North star – your place where you feel most fulfilled and whole.

To unblock that path I sometimes download and deliver messages from dead ancestors that might want to communicate with you. Each session is different - depending on divine timing.

If you found the way to me, it could be a sign that your system is ready. 1:1 sessions are very intimate, so it is mostly a matter of trust. It's essential that you trust yourself to do the "right" thing. If your heart has a yes, it is usually a good sign.

Identifying as all – with lived experiences from trans-man to cis-woman and past life experiences as person of colour -, I am in service of all bodies, genders, and identifications.

My approach is trauma-informed, power-conscious, empowerment-focused, eros-positive and free from any religious belief.

My work is designed for empaths and neurodiverse folks, in particular.

Readings work through theta-waves. They therefore can be done from anywhere without being physically close to the client.

With your permission only I ask to be led to the root cause of the blockages that have caused your struggle/ question/ wish in the first place. I do this by reading out of your field, which means I receive information from your magnetic field which includes everything from your physical to your astral body.

The aim of each reading is to unblock blockages that were caused in this life or former incarnations, transform beliefs and bring lost aspects of your soul back to you - from all times and spaces. The focus of each reading is the healing of your system now to make you feel more whole and balanced, so that you can step back into the flow of life and into your full power.

I speak German, English and French. In the sessions I translate whatever images, messages, feelings I get into one of those languages. However, the healing vibration is transmitted beyond the actual words.

Sessions take place online via zoom or via telephone. Readings can be done live or remotely after a preparation talk.

The advantage of online sessions is that you are in your own safe space. You will get some impulses how to prepare yourself best before the session (see Q&A).

After the session you receive a recording of the session and I am available for after-care via text for any reflections and questions.
